Job Description
1. Quoting spare parts for all machines from ERP Software.
2. Following up on quotations provided to clients.
3. Preparing all shipping documents for domestic and international.
4. Interacting with suppliers for pricing and availability.
5. Interacting with manufacturing department on delivery time for products made in house and their scheduled shipping date.
6. Interacting with Engineering & Electrical department to confirm parts for customer are correct.
7. Packing and shipping products to customer and providing them with the tracking information.
8. Preparing department sales reports on a monthly basis.
9. Updating site jobs with the most updated information.
10. Daily and weekly recording of client requests and calls.
11. Update of technicians’ work and site schedules.
Skills
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal / communications and writing skills.
- Good people skills, especially when dealing with customers and management
- 2-3 years in customer service would be an asset
- Knowledge of Mechanical / Electrical Parts would be an asset.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains would be an asset.
- Fluency in English would be an asset.
