The O'Hara Coating systems come equipped with distribution manifold and piping, as well as seventeen spray nozzles, installed throughout the equipment. The WIP piping will be installed to allow specific zones of the coater to be cleaned independently. The six-zone cleaning is controlled via the HMI. Three automatic drain valves and six zone washing manifolds will be provided by O’Hara. The controls of the WIP will be provided and integrated by O’Hara into the coater HMI.
