O'Hara's latest series of laboratory coaters, LABCOAT Modular (Labcoat M & MX) introduces compact self-contained tablet coating systems for research and formulation facilities. The LABCOAT M offers production flexibility through a wide range of interchangeable pans - from 0.8 up to 10 kg of working capacity. This unit is equipped with anti-bearding spray nozzle, built-in peristaltic pump, supply and exhaust fans, and user-friendly operational panel. It is fully validated and requires minimum installation efforts.

3-in-1 version of Labcoat M & MX incorporates blender and tray dry oven inserts together with coating pans, which makes it a multi-purpose tool that would allow performing numerous stages of production with one piece of equipment. This solution requires much less capital expense and reduces required GMP space, bringing great savings and improving the rates of equipment utilization. 3-in-1 concept expands capabilities of laboratory and R&D facilities allowing them to enlarge their scope of drug development projects.
