FASTCOAT series – The original Fastcoat series is geared towards the Pharmaceutical Industry with quality, performance, ease of operation and many levels of customization. Different models of a FASTCOAT product line are capable to accommodate working capacities from 50 to 600 kg.  Fully perforated tablet coating pans range in sizes between 900 mm (36") to 1650 mm (66").

FASTCOAT MODULAR – This product line incorporates all the latest innovation in production processing equipment. These coating systems are built with prefabricated modules, a concept similar to building blocks, with the HVAC and electrical components on-board. In addition, it boasts design improvements with a built in exhaust plenum and standard front discharge for product handling. These coating systems require minimum installation time, validation, and reduced site engineering. Fastcoat M is one of the most cost-effective coating systems on the market. With a standard fully perforated pan 1220 mm (48") diameter, working capacity of this unit ranges between 90 and 150 kg.
