V-Shell and Conical Blenders - Laboratory Scale Blenders

Available in both “V” Shell and Conical designs, and in either, portable or “bench-top” configuration. Interchangeable shell modules are cantilevered from the drive module, and are available in 4, 8, 16, 21, and 28 (1 cu ft) Liter working capacities. A special version of the portable design is now available having 1.5 cu ft working capacity.

• NEMA 4X stainless steel control panel including
• Hinged safety gate comprised of stainless steel tubular frame and removable Lexan panels secured via panel clamps
• Cantilevered Liquid/Solids agitator bar, liquid feed bar, or solids pin bar available
• Sanitary butterfly discharge valve with Tri-clamp attachment available
• Variable Speed drive utilizing AC frequency inverter and panel mounted HMI available
• 16 liter Tote Bin shell module available
