At O’Hara Technologies we pay particular attention to the design of our equipment so that it is easy to maintain and service. We use only high quality materials and components that are designed in such a way as to make them easy to replace should the need arise. Only standard fasteners are used and there is always adequate space to see, and maneuver tools.

• All machines manufactured by O’Hara Technologies save you money with simplified installation and minimum start-up time.
• Site work only requires machine placement, module interconnections, external ducting and electrical wiring, and supply of electrical and water utilities.

Field Test

A detailed documented Installation Qualification and Operation Qualifications (IQ/OQ) procedure to test and qualify the equipment after installation can be supplied. In addition, an O’Hara technician can be made available to perform the tests if required.

Factory Acceptance Testing

The coating system is subject to continuous improvements and now includes:

• Complete systems fully assemble and tested before shipment.
• All tests can be witnessed by Client.
• All test results can be documented in the manual supplied with every piece of equipment.

In-House Product Testing Facilities

O’Hara Technologies offers its in-house product testing facilities to the Pharmaceutical Industry for assessing the capabilities of various product processing techniques using laboratory sized machines.
